Important Service Area Information
We only service Southeast Queensland, from the Gold Coast to Gladstone. Enter your postcode at checkout to see if we service your area. If you receive a message "Enter a valid postcode", then unfortunately you are outside our service area. If you fall outside of our service area there is an option for collection, although you will still be
charged a fee of $55 (this fees is to be considered a handling fee as you will
not be permitted inside the factory where the windows are made). Should you
wish to choose this option enter the delivery address as 14-16 Link Crescent,
If you live interstate and are going to organise a courier
to pick-up your item’s you will need to ensure that the courier is able to
package and insure your items. Online Windows will accept no responsibility for
items once they have left the factory. Your courier will be asked to sign a
delivery docket which will state they have received the items without damage and
that they are in complete perfect condition.
When Will I Receive My Order
The day we receive your order is counted as day 0. You will receive your order within 10 business days thereafter. Whilst every effort is made to meet this time frame, there maybe occasions where due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to meet our goal. To date we have a 99% completed on time record. In order to keep our overheads low and our prices even lower, we do not offer a call ahead of service to advise when your order will arrive, instead you will receive an email once your order is processed with your estimated delivery or pick up date.
How To Prepare For Your Delivery
you have a specific area that you would like your order stored please note this
in the comments section in step 4 of the checkout. If the delivery cannot be stored in this area, the
transporters will place your products in an alternate area at the same address.
Prior to the delivery please make sure there is adequate access and space to
complete the delivery –considering driveways, vehicles, etc.
Who Needs to Sign for my Delivery
you or your representative, that is 18 years of age or older, must be present
to receive the order on the previously advised day. If no one is available to
receive the delivery, and there was no comment left upon checkout, the order
will be stored in a safe area at the same address. This safe area will be at
the transporters discretion. This agreement is with you the customer and Online
Windows. Online Windows will not be held responsible if you are not present at
the time of delivery or authorise a 3rd party person to accept, receive and
sign the handover of items without the notations of visible defects of
packaging, damaged items, or missing merchandise. You must check that the goods delivered match your sales order. You must inspect the goods & sign that they are in good order & condition ( you have 3 days to report any damage or missing parts).
What Am I Responsible For Upon Delivery
drivers will ask for you to sign a delivery docket to indicate your delivery has been received. Please examine
your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged
glass or aluminium, dents, scratches or missing or incorrect pieces. Please ensure
that you check over all items to ensure they are to your satisfaction before
signing this delivery docket. Please be sure to sign the delivery docket in the
presence of the Online Windows representative. A
signed delivery docket, without notations of missing, damaged or incorrect
item(s) represents your acceptance of the complete order in perfect condition.

How Do I Pick-Up My Order?
This is a convenient and also the cheapest
option for our customers. We will email you once your order is ready for
collection. You can pick-up Monday-Thursday 7am-3pm or Friday 7am-12pm.
Our factory team will assist you in getting your order from the factory
to your vehicle. Please ensure that you have adequate transport (preferably a
ute, truck and/or trailer) that can easily fit all of your order. Due to OH&S requirements, our factory staff cannot assist you in
lifting your goods onto your transport when you pick them up. Please therefore
ensure you bring someone to help you and that you bring adequate wrapping,
blankets or materials to transport your order safely. Once the order is
loaded, tie it down (secure it) and if it's raining you may need to bring a
tarp. Online Windows cannot assume any liability for injury
or damage to you, your vehicle, your order or others arising from the loading
or transport of items that you pick up.
The components of each item will be supplied fixed
to each individual item, ready for you to load directly into your own ute,
truck and/or trailer. The reason why it's done this way is so the item is fully
completed when it leaves our factory, creating less hassle for you at home. Please
be mindful of this when choosing a suitable vehicle for transport as Online Windows
will not un-assemble your order so it fits on your chosen mode of transport.

- Bring some
old blankets, cardboard packing and/or wrapping to help to prevent damage
during transport, also bring enough ties or ropes to securely fasten your order
onto your ute, truck and/or trailer.
Windows will be supplied as a completed item- this means the frame, galleries
and blades are a complete unit.
- Please remember that all loads should be tied down to prevent personal injury inside your vehicle in case of sudden breaking
- You must not overload your vehicle or oversize the load
- You must exit the factory premises through the nominated exit point. Any damage caused to the warehouse will be at your own expense
