Wind and Water Ratings

All the windows and doors that are on this site have been tested to a design wind pressure(DWP) of 1000pa(unless noted) or Category N3 and test result certificates can be obtained if required by contacting us here. Online Windows will provide your with a Form 15 which states what your items are rated to. 

Energy

Energy ratings depend upon the style of window that is chosen and the type of glass selected. For energy data on our windows and doors please go to the "Windows energy rating scheme" website (WERS) and search "Architectural Window Systems" .

Certification & Compliance

Every purchase made through this site will receive a validated form 15 with the delivery of the order. These forms are required by law for your projects final approval. For more information please use the following links: QLD Gov and AWA.

Areas We Service

Currently onlinewindows.com.au is based in South East Queensland. Therefore, we are logistically bound to only service from Gladstone down to the Gold Coast. To check if we service your area, please enter your postcode at the checkout screen. If you receive a message "Please enter a valid postal code and country" we do not service your area.  If you fall outside of our service area there is an option for collection, although you will still be charged a fee of $55 (this fees is to be considered a handling fee as you will not be permitted inside the factory where the windows are made). Should you wish to choose this option enter the delivery address as 14-16 Link Crescent, Coolum 4573.
