Choosing your glass carefully will add to the interior comfort of your home. Standard clear glass will offer you uninterupted views whilst tinted glass can limit the amount of UV (ultra violet) light that enters your home, protecting your valuable furnishings and helping you save costs on cooling your home.
And dont forget we also offer Satinlite obscure glass for when privacy is required.

STANDARD CLEAR ANNEALED
This commonly used glass is the industry standard. Whilst it is completely clear allowing light into your home and allowing seamless views, this glass does not have good thermal properties.
Clear glass is also available as toughened safety glass for use in wet areas such as bathrooms and where human impact is a concern. You can choose windows with Grade A safety glass (toughened), from our online store under the "Wet area/safety" section.

GREY TINTED
Apart from its aesthetic appeal tinted glass is mainly intended to reduce solar heat gain and glare. It provides good heat and UV protection without having the mirror-like appearance of reflective glass.
Tinted glass is availabe in both standard annealed and toughened safety glass. You can choose windows with Grade A safety glass (toughened), from our online store under "Grade A safety windows".
We only use 5mm thick tinted glass in order to maintain a consistant level of tinting throughout all of our products.

SATINLITE OBSCURE
We use only toughened satinlite obscure glass. The obscure effect is created by passing a continuous molten glass ribbon between two rollers, one of which has a pattern that creates a permanent impression on the surface, therefore creating a finish that is not transparent, but still allows the entry of natural light.
This glass is recommended for areas that require saftey glass as well as privacy such as bathrooms, toilets and dressing rooms.
